I am a Medicare Part B provider for Occupational Therapy
Q: Who is eligible to receive Part B coverage?
A: All Medicare-eligible clients. Part B covers in-home safety assessment. However, additional in-home treatments require one to be homebound, and a signed MD,NP or PA prescription to receiver Part B coverage.
Q: How can I utilize Part B to help me age in place?
A: Home safety assessment serves as a blueprint for home modification to improve safety, and prevent falls or injuries. It can help kick start your plan to age in place safely.

In-home Occupational Therapy Evaluation and Treatment for those who are homebound

Accepts private pay for OT service

Provide fee-based consultation to those who desire to help their loved ones age in place.
Packages
Personalized packages designed to meet the various challenges and specific needs to age in place gracefully are available. They encompass but not limited to working with your medical team, contractors, architects, and family members.
